La Jolla Roof Repair is a local lead service that refers San Diego homeowners to a licensed local roofing contractor partner. We are not the roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work ourselves.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form or call our tracking number, we collect:

• Your name and phone number (required to return your call)
• Your email address (optional)
• A short description of your roofing issue
• Standard request metadata (timestamp, IP address, user agent) for spam prevention
• Call audio and metadata if you call our tracking number (handled by our call-tracking provider)

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to refer your job to our licensed local roofing contractor partner and to follow up about your request. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Our licensed local roofing contractor partner, so they can contact you about the work you requested.
• Service providers that operate our form, call routing, and lead storage — Airtable and CallRail — under their respective privacy policies.
• Authorities, if required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted by emailing us at the address on this site or calling 858-422-1828. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
